Onyinyechukwu MaryMagdalene Dotsey is a seasoned Intellectual Property Attorney with over seven years of specialized experience in intellectual property (IP) law, practice, and consultancy. Dual-licensed in Nigeria and Ghana, she is recognized for her expertise in the protection, management, and enforcement of intellectual property rights across diverse sectors.

As a dedicated IP practitioner, Mrs. Dotsey excels in securing and managing comprehensive IP protections for clients, encompassing trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights, and related rights. Her practice includes IP portfolio management, enforcement strategies, licensing agreements, assignments, and litigation. She also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal instruments such as research collaboration agreements, technology transfer contracts, and IP commercialization frameworks.
